All About Essentially Zen Therapeutics

My name is Naomi and I am a local in the Hampton Roads area. In 2002 I graduated from the Virginia School of Technology with a certificate in massage and received my Virginia Massage License in 2023.  During my time at this school I learned reflexology, aromatherapy, and Swedish modalities as a way to relax and care for my clients.  I learned how to help my clients relax and connect with their bodies to promote a life of reduced stress and increased well being.  I knew I wanted to work in this field from the time I was a teenager.  I used to spend my summers at music camp surrounded by wonderful music and caring people.  The first experience I had was sitting around talking with my friends.  One of them was complaining about their neck hurting and, playing around, each of us tried to give him a massage.  When I felt his neck my hands instinctively knew which muscle was hurting.  He said that I had actually helped him and told everyone how good it felt. I had friends asking me for short massages all summer to help with sore areas on their necks and backs.  It sparked an interest in me that felt amazing and never went away.  That was in 1994.  Fast forward to now and the energy and knowledge is exponentially greater.  I invite you to book a session now and allow me to help you relax and restore your well being.
