What services do I offer?
The services I offer include Therapeutic Fusion, Reflexology, and Chair Massage sessions. Most of my services are offered in 60 minute, 90 minute, or 120 minute sessions. Choose the session to fit your schedule and preference.
What is Therapeutic Fusion?
At Essentially Zen Therapeutics, we believe in the fusion of massage modalities to provide the best possible care for our clients. I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of every individual. I am trained in a range of therapeutic services, including Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue work to help you achieve optimal balance and relaxation.
What is reflexology?
Reflexology is a type of massage therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, and ears. These points are believed to correspond to different organs and systems in the body. By stimulating these points, reflexology aims to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and restore balance to the body. It is a safe and non-invasive therapy that can be used to treat a variety of conditions, including stress, anxiety, and chronic pain.
What are Chair Events?
Chair massage is a type of massage that is performed while the client is seated on a specially designed massage chair. The massage therapist focuses on the client's neck, shoulders, back, and arms, using a combination of kneading, compression, and percussion techniques. Chair massage is a convenient and effective way to relieve tension and promote relaxation, especially for those who don't have time or space for a full-body massage.
